Return and Refund Policy Effective Date: 12/01/2025

Due to the sanitary, delicate, and small-volume nature of our fragrance samples, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind or personal scent preference. All standard sales are final.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect? We offer a 7-day notification window strictly for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

  1. How to Notify Us: Please contact us immediately at hello@floressence419.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your Order Number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
  2. Return Method: No return mailing is required. To save you time and hassle, you do not need to mail the sample back to us. Upon verification, we will process your resolution at no additional cost ($0) to you.
  3. Resolution: For verified damages or incorrect items, we will promptly ship out a brand-new replacement of the original item(s) or offer store credit. Cash refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
  4. Lost Shipments: We will work with the carrier to track your package.
