About Our Fragrance Samples

Q: Are your fragrances authentic?
A: Absolutely! Every fragrance we offer is 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized retailers. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of every sample we send.

Q: How much fragrance is in each sample?
A: Each sample contains 9ml of fragrance in a premium atomizer spray bottle. This provides approximately 90-110 sprays, depending on how you apply it.

Q: How long will a 9ml sample last?
A: With 90-110 sprays per bottle, a 9ml sample typically lasts 4-8 weeks with daily use (2-3 sprays per day). This gives you plenty of time to experience the fragrance in different settings and seasons before committing to a full bottle.

Q: What's the difference between Eau de Parfum (EDP) and Eau de Toilette (EDT)?
A: Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration of fragrance oils (15-20%) and lasts longer on the skin (6-8 hours). Eau de Toilette has a lighter concentration (5-15%) and typically lasts 3-5 hours. We clearly label which concentration each sample is.

Q: How should I store my fragrance samples?
A: Store your samples in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid bathrooms where humidity fluctuates. Proper storage helps maintain the fragrance's integrity and longevity.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. We're based in Holland, Ohio and ship from our local facility.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Shipping costs vary based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—check our homepage for current offers!

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened samples for health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at floressence419@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Q: What if my sample arrives damaged or leaking?
A: We take great care in packaging, but if your sample arrives damaged, please email us at floressence419@gmail.com with photos within 7 days and we'll send a replacement immediately.
